A man has an accident in his truck. He leaves the cargo in the ditch and sets off for a better life. On his way to work in the morning, another finds the cartons lying around and hopes to find happiness as a street artist with the help of the colourful model balloons that he finds inside. One of them comes from the north, bringing the rain with him, and buys a revolver; the other comes from the south and has two tongues. Both fall in love with a young woman with snakes for hair. She works as a waitress and is accompanied by the west wind. From the four points of the compass, these people’s lives seem to come together arbitrarily. And only Madame Oiseau, the soothsayer from the east, knows that it is fate. And that today, someone will leave forever. (Announcement Deutsches Theater Berlin)
