The focus is on the teacher Cornelius, who feels like a woman and has lost his family for this reason, and is now planning to start a new school. But he constantly visits a park bench in the solitude of the night. There he meets young Andreas, who has been pushed out of his company and has no future prospects. Between these two lost souls, slowly and tenaciously, a friendship of opposites develops. But there is also the P.E. teacher, Meyer, who has been convinced by his religious fanaticism that there is no place for Cornelius’ orientation in children’s education. (Jean-Paul Maes)

Love and instincts amongst teachers. The director feels abandoned by her son and takes up drinking. The son feels abandoned by his father and seeks out a relationship with his German teacher. Colleague Meyer has horrible luck and plays submissive sex games with the director. And the German teacher wants to leave his male body, and along the way finds more than just the love of God. In an amusing manner, the author describes the horror of meeting the unknown and the resulting exclusion.
