“A man has built a coffin out of a shared apartment. A woman is trapped in it with the person she thought she knew. She must choose between a still hazy “tomorrow” and an unconditional return to the “self”. How do you behave when you feel that “something is eating you up from the inside out”, when a conceivable future is covered by an opaque doubt? Between tomoroow and me (Zwischen morgen und mir) there is a night.” (Manfred Schild)
A couple – HE and SHE – that have established themselves in their coupledom and bourgeois way of life, who, years after the wild times, seem to have experienced all confessions with full knowledge of the facts of life, find themselves confronted with the news that they are both HIV positive.
Without any moralising overtones, Zwischen morgen und mir combines answers and questions of life in a concentration that demands well-defined action.
