(c) Dirk Skiba Hannah Zufall is an author and theatre maker. She lives in Berlin. Her work has been performed at venues including the Deutsches Theater Berlin, Schauspielhaus Graz, Deutsches Theater Göttingen, Landestheater Schwaben, Zimmertheater Tübingen, Leipzig Opera, Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Orchestre National Tunisien and Philharmonie Jena. She studied scenic arts in Hildesheim and performing arts in Aix-en-Provence. In 2013, she was nominated for the first Osnabrück Drama Prize and in 2014 for the Leonhard Frank Prize in Würzburg. In 2018, she received her doctorate in literary studies and was invited to the Künstlerhaus Schloss Wiepersdorf for a writing scholarship. In 2019, she was a literature fellow of the City of Jena and was awarded the Spiel.Frei.Gabe prize at the Bochum Drama Competition and honoured by the jury at the Retzhofer Drama Prize 2021.
