Hansjörg Betschart

Hansjörg Betschart, born in Basel in 1955, founded the Basel Young People’s Theatre (Basler Jugendtheater) after his studies at the Actors‘ Academy in Zurich and directed it for four years. He works as a theatre director – in Basel, Munich and Zurich amongst others – and as a translator from Swedish.
