Stella Muller

Stella Muller is the child of German emigrants. The daughter of a medical doctor was born in Santiago de Chile in 1955. She studied medicine herself to begin with before changing to philosophy and art history. Doppelzimmer, written in 2007, is her first excursion into the world of theatre. Heiner Lauterbach and Stella Muller met during the filming of "Das Gespinst" in the Chilean mountains of La Silla. It is due to their friendship since then that Lauterbach could secure the rights to premiere this breathtaking hospital satire.
