I, HE, SHE have been searching for days. Weeks. For Karla, 24. Their friend is gone. She didn’t return from shopping. The river freezes, but diving does not help anyway: Karla remains gone. The friends suspect the worst, long for certainty and love one another desperately - without regard for losses. The play, which was awarded the Kleist Award in 2013, is a story between four characters, a drama of the lower class, a play about youth and one's country, a thriller, and simply a great story sensually and painfully told, the magazine Die Deutsche Bühne wrote.
