In Anröchte, numerous people were beheaded in the shopping street. Inspector Konka and his assistant Walter are traveling there to solve the case. While Konka talks to the people of the small town and sometimes comes into physical contact with them, Walter, who suffers from Thalidomide, drifts aimlessly through the streets. He asks himself where evil comes from and what happens when creation has cast man out. When they do not find a single trace, Konka realizes the problem: "There is no motive!". And only now do they realize that this is why everything must be senseless: Evil and Good. Suddenly the solution of the case is obvious.
The massacre of Anröchte is certainly the craziest and most difficult system to implement for a crime scene ever. Wolfram Lotz expands the stage directions and camera angles with evocative brutality and sexuality down to the smallest detail. Evil shows its grimace in the ugliness of people, places and thoughts. At the same time, as always with Wolfram Lotz, a grotesque beauty and a truth that goes far beyond it are hidden in these bizarre observations.
