Werner Schneyder

Werner Schneyder, born in Graz in 1937, studied journalism in Vienna. He first worked as a freelance journalist, copywriter and dramaturg. Since 1994, he has been a freelance author. From 1974, he has done political-literary cabaret, first as a duo with Dieter Hildebrandt, then as a one-man show. He has also done numerous tours and TV programmes and works as an actor and director. Werner Schneyder lives in Vienna and Carinthia.
