Dietrich Brüggemann

Dietrich Brüggemann was born in Munich in 1976, studied film directing at the HFF Konrad Wolf in Potsdam-Babelsberg. In 2003, his short film Warum läuft Herr V. Amok? was shown in the Berlin Panorama. During his studies, he worked as the director of diverse music videos and also as a musician. Furthermore, he was an editor of the film magazine Schnitt. His feature film debut Neun Szenen followed in 2006, the romantic comedy Renn, wenn du kannst and the short film One Shot in 2011; in 2012, the comedy 3 Zimmer/Küche/Bad. In 2014, Dietrich Brüggemann and his sister Anna received the Silberner Bär at the Berlinale for the Best Script for the film Kreuzweg. In 2015, the social satire Heil was released.Apart from this, Dietrich Brüggemann hasn't got a clue about football, he bakes his own bread and rides a bicycle, however, generally not at the same time.
