Leo Meier

Leo Meier was born in Berlin and grew up in Duisburg. After graduating from high school, he first studied theater studies and philosophy in Bochum before completing his acting studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts from 2015 to 2019. He was awarded the Folkwang Prize for the play Dead don't go to the cinema, which he developed together with Rudi Klein and Yannik Heckmann. After graduating, he made guest appearances at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Schauspielhaus Hamburg, among others. Leo Meier can also be seen in numerous film and television productions, including investigating alongside Katrin Wichmann and Bjarne Mädel in the Sörensen crime story. Leo Meier was invited to the Heidelberg Play Market 2022 for two men from real madrid - his first play with S. Fischer Verlag. Leo Meier lives in Berlin.
